This year spring begins with Kaffe med dopp on April 1 & 2. “Coffee with cake” a traditional Swedish refreshment will be offered in shops, restaurants and museums during the weekend. Actually visitors may find cookies, rusks, and other delicious sweats being served in addition to or instead of cakes. It is Bishop Hill’s way to welcome spring and say welcome back after the winter months
