Programs of the Bishop Hill Arts Council are partially supported by a grant from the Illinois Arts Council, a state agency
The Bishop Hill Arts Council began awarding annual scholarships in 1994. Eligible applicants include all high school students in Henry County and students from the ROWVA School district. Many of Bishop Hill’s seasonal workers come from that area. Over the years 23 students have been awarded scholarships by the BHAC. The high schools from where the winners come receive a cash award
